From a couple of days I am finding the same news flashing almost all the newspapers and channels. I see so many lays off and rejected candidates. You can give number of reasons to this. Everyone who so ever comes to see me have some or the other opinion to discuss about. They might be true but deep down I see some other reason to blame upon. You can blame it to someone else or some corporation or govt. policies or other countries for this entire scenario. You can name it global meltdown or anything else. But I have a rater different opinion in the entire scenario. I just noted down few points to discuss it with you. It’s rather personal than corporate lecture.   No short term course for success: - I remember the scenario of year 2000 when IT market clashed and lot many people lost their job. Companies had no work to do they were either running into huge debt or shutter down their shops. Market collapsed and people started seeking their future in other indus

He was leaving. People came closure him.   They shook hands exchanged cards. And shared their experience with him. Greeted him and talked about good time they spent with him. Eyes were filled with tears as someone amongst them leaving the organization. A farewell party organized, they all went to a teashop where everyone took a cup of tea and snacks (Khakhra). There were people who always had some or the other problem with this guy. Where as there were people who really enjoyed his company. A person of high spirit, moral and values are departing. The day he joined he knew that someday or other he will have to leave it all, as he knew what he wishes to achieve and how long this will help to go along. But deep down somewhere he was crying, something missing perhaps. Now they will not have to see his face anymore. World is like a mirror what you see is just your image. Sometime it’s hard to choose between two when both are good. But one has to, no other reason, no other alternative available but to choose one and reject another. It’s not only about selection rather one you choose feel superior to other whereas reject curse you or to its fate. We all are human so do have the feelings. None of the person I came across who has not blamed his/her fate once it’s been rejected. Philosopher, writer and professional interpret it their own way. One wins and other looses, though we know that other was good too and we miss that and perhaps we cry too missing that. At time we know we are never again getting that. Let’s make it more clear to you I convert it in gender so that instead of making any wild guess you can directly understand what I mean to. There is no rocket science neither any abstruse mathematical problem but a simple logic to understand. Why we have to make a choice all the time?   

Dear Friends,   2008 is just passing by and a new year is waiting on doorstep. Only few hours left to be added one more year in our past and we created history. This year gave me learning, caring, understanding and a complex feeling of attachment and bonding. Many of us wants to just pass by this year as this brought some miseries and pain simultaneously it gave pleasure and happiness to many. And indeed I am one of those fortunate or happiest people who are blessed with the gift of being committed.   Every year we come up with some new commitment, ideas and new opportunities. Time flew on rosy wings, it seems as I have joined this company this month only. It really hard to believe the support, cooperation and moreover a healthy work environment I got. Where people work beyond considering ethnicity or differences. Aur maa ko usse sahanbhuti bhi thi.Dheere dheere maa ko asliyat pata chalne lagi aur maa ko bura laga. Uska jhooth bolna jabki usne sirf apne hisse ka sach bola tha. The other side of grass An old adage goes ‘Grass is always look green from the other side’ lateral meaning of this would be ‘people always see the brighter aspect of anything whereas there is some dark aspect too.’ We see success as an achievement where as we don’t consider the pain which one has to bear to get that. In a layman term we focus on result not the endeavor or labor put to get that achievement. I remember an old incident to make this clear to you. During my project work in some NGO (name cannot be disclosed) we were considering on various improvement programs are being run by our organization most of them were of child relief, women empowerment and so on. One of our program was focused on upliftment of garbage cleaners and junk dealer. Basically our coordinator has to visit the places where garbage clears dwell and the main work of coordinator is to motivate garbage cleaners to leave that work and provide them some better opportunity.
