Remains of 2008

Dear Friends,

 

2008 is just passing by and a new year is waiting on doorstep. Only few hours left to be added one more year in our past and we created history. This year gave me learning, caring, understanding and a complex feeling of attachment and bonding. Many of us wants to just pass by this year as this brought some miseries and pain simultaneously it gave pleasure and happiness to many. And indeed I am one of those fortunate or happiest people who are blessed with the gift of being committed.

 

Every year we come up with some new commitment, ideas and new opportunities. Time flew on rosy wings, it seems as I have joined this company this month only. It really hard to believe the support, cooperation and moreover a healthy work environment I got. Where people work beyond considering ethnicity or differences. Where we stand up for an organization, where people not just believe to work right but right work, where we don’t just go around boss to show how good we are in our work rather we deliver our best.

 

I feel low for the people who lost their live and relatives in terrorist attack in Bombay.  I express my heartiest wish to those whom gone through this trauma. I also condemn Raj Thakrays movement. India has a great history of thousands years, earlier we made different states and perhaps we need a different country to be made for. It’s really difficult to believe what I saw or hear. There was a time when all these was considered as narrow minded mentatality. Now we need to redefine everything, minority turning to majority and education is turning into business.

 

New mode of communication bridged the gap between two people yet we are fail to communicate anymore. We have very few people to call our friends but we have lot many enemies. Country like India where services are dirt cheap it takes Re.1 to call a friend or relative but we want to save even that rupee. We hardly go to visit places or to see our near and dear ones. We have one day off in every week even then we spend most of our time staying at home or sleeping. People of our country live their life at fullest, at every Sunday they go out with their relatives and friends. They are more professional than us even they are able to meet their requirement and we make excuses of being busy. We hardly send cards or letter to anyone. We hardly wish anyone rather we expect an initiative from other end.

 

We have not only shrunk the world but our mentality too. Instead of thing we one thinks I first. Over the years of salvation made us think like that. We hardly concern in what we are good at rather what is good for us. Financial market crashed people lost their money and some of them committed suicide. Jet airways and other companies kicked out their employees. It made the whole scenario worst. The wind blew from the west affected the global market at large.

 

This was only a part of story we have lot more to discuss. This year was one of the best year for games we marked our presence in games, be it Cricket or shooting or chess. We proved that we are best.

As every cloud has a silver line so do with market and economy. May all of you get what you deserve not what you wish because you might deserve more (off course you deserve) but you will be wishing less.

So keep faith on your dreams and try to give your best. Someday you will see the difference. We are blessed with some gift we need to explore it. No one can do your work better than you. No one can replace you. God gave we all an envelope, which contains few even, and few odd blocks. We all are free to build what we wish to. Now ball is in your court, never complain of what you get rather use your imagination and creativity to build your castle or hut or you mansion.

 

May this New Year bring prosperity, happiness, health and commitment to you. May all your dreams come true this New Year.
