The other side of grass An old adage goes ‘Grass is always look green from the other side’ lateral meaning of this would be ‘people always see the brighter aspect of anything whereas there is some dark aspect too.’ We see success as an achievement where as we don’t consider the pain which one has to bear to get that. In a layman term we focus on result not the endeavor or labor put to get that achievement. I remember an old incident to make this clear to you. During my project work in some NGO (name cannot be disclosed) we were considering on various improvement programs are being run by our organization most of them were of child relief, women empowerment and so on. Basically our coordinator has to visit the places where garbage clears dwell and the main work of coordinator is to motivate garbage cleaners to leave that work and provide them some better opportunity. sitting idle is the worst thing that ruins my day. it's been 6 o clock and i still working on my PC. Nobody is around to see what i am doing. i am doing something but that is neither official nor important rather personal. i love jot it down when some corny idea pop up my mind. walking down to Saket i found people sitting outside 24by7 and discussing something in the wee hour of day. i move ahead to find a tea shop . hardly any tea shop is open. i am surprised to see the change in workplace. what keeps them on round the clock. i move to Gurgaon i find the same thing mall are open and it's late winter night. it seems that city never sleeps. one can still find the group of people moving from one corner to another beyond the time boundaries. are we turning to mechine from human? are we heading to a diffrent world............some people says working makes them crazy so what made these people sit up. it's 8 o'clock in office clock most of the employees are still there. it seems unreasonable when people says "We have family", i still find the guy next door working late night in call center and in morning searches some other oppurtunities.
