how pink is really pink?? -Review by Devsheel Gaurav

Well let me assured you that it is really vogue to write a review after a great delay of time. In fact it's like writing a burial post for gone by things. Yet if you are reading it, rest assured that though the dish is stale yet the garnishing is fresh. Off late when I saw the movie, it was more of public opinion than self made decision. But believe me I am not those pals who like flicks out of hearsay but critically examin e it through. Pink as the normal heuristics suggests, is not a girlie movie. Had Aniruddh Roy (Director) named it court room that probably would have been better. As barring few scenes rest all the movie revolves around it. I often argued people as whether story is the king or the actor? But certainly in case of pink it's otherwise. In fact there is no story line but a small incident and unlike Ronit Roy's famous soap Adalat, they made pink. Ritesh Shah (the story and screen play writer) could neither justify at either front. Even he missed certain p

Raaz Reboot - A critical review by Devsheel Gaurav

At time I wonder as if it a movie or a operating system or any software program, Raman Raghav 2.0 and now Raaz Reboot. However, unlike serious movie buffs, who believes in sequel, let me warn you that the new series of ghotic movie Raaz can quite disappoint you. The beginning of movie is rather slow and could not justify the timeline of the movie by ending up a hasty and clumsy climax. The total timing of movie is approx. 2 hours and 20 minutes. The slow paced first part of the movie takes a galloping leap in second half and the final 20 minutes remains for end of the climax. There is nothing new in the movie except a connection between rest of the movies like 1920 and 1920 returns. In fact few scenes of movie seem copy pasted from them. Same situations, same possessed girl and same exorcism ritual reminds old ghotic movies. There ar only songs in the movie mark their presence "Lo Maan Liya humn" written by Kausar Munir, sung by Arjit Singh and "Raaz aakhen Teri"

THE CONFESSION

“From past couple of days I have been observing that you are very upset. Is there something that bothering you? Something that you want to ask or share with me?” wife asked his husband. “A girl……there is a girl in my life.” Husband replied. Silence prevailed for a while. “I don’t know how you are going to react to this but from past few days she is insisting me to marry.” Husband continued. “So what have you decided?” wife calmly asked. “Look I don’t want to leave you but cannot live without her either.” Husband gave the concise answer. “Does she know that you are married and a father of a kid?” wife grilled again. “Yes, she knows it and she agreed to take care of our kid.” Husband gave the answer. “So what’s big problem? Do you want to divorce me?” the question was tricky. “Honey I didn’t intend to but have got no solution of it. Would you except someone as your husband’s second wife?” husband explained his situation to her. Silenced prevailed again. Both sit in different corner o
